Yes, we are Pakistan based company – a platform primarily designed for the empowerment of local artisans to sell globally. Our sole purpose is to discover and promote the local heritage of Pakistan.

  • Q2. Where does Paranda source its products from?

The products sold through Paranda are sourced from the local artisans all across Pakistan.

  • Q3. Where can I buy Paranda’s products in Pakistan?

You can shop all our products either directly from our website i.e. www.paranda.pk or through our social media accounts.

  • Q4. Are Paranda’s products available internationally?

Yes, we do sell internationally but only online. You can purchase our products through our website or social media pages.

  • Q5. Where are the manufacturing facilities located?

Our products are manufactured in different remote areas of Pakistan for the ease of artisans.

  • Q6. Are Paranda’s products handmade?

Since our main purpose is to discover and promote the local heritage and empower the local artisans, all products available on Paranda are handmade and are prepared by the local artisans.

  • Q7. Do Paranda sizes confirm to international norms?

Yes, Paranda’s products are available as per the international size set.

  • Q8. How do I shop online?

You can shop all our products by visiting either our website i.e. www.paranda.pk or through our social media accounts.

  • Q9. How will I know if you received my order?

Once the order is place a confirmatory email is sent to you, following which one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your order and details.

  • Q10. How do I check my order status?

We will provide you with a tracking id which you can use to track your order status. For any further queries you can always get back to us via our website or social media.

  • Q11. What forms of payment to you accept?

Paranda uses different payment method, for instance for payments within Pakistan we use COD, online payment via Credit/Debit card and EasyPaisa. And for international payments we use online payment via Credit/Debit card.

  • Q12. As it's safe to use my credit card online at Paranda.pk?

Yes, you can as we provide easy, secure and reliable payment methods.

  • Q13. What if an item out of stock?

If an item is out of stock you can add it to your wishlist, in order to be notified on its next availability.

  • Q14. Do I have to sign up for Paranda.pk account to buy something?

Yes, it’s a one-time process. You will have to create an account on your first purchase, after which you will only have to sign in to place an order in future.

  • Q15. Will I be charged for additional duties and taxes in case of domestic shipping?

No, you do not have to pay any additional duties or taxes for domestic shipping. You will only be paying the service charges.

  • Q16. How long does it take for any order to be processed and shipped?

Since each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping time may vary. Some items carry a special delivery time frame which may differ from that of other items, you will be notified at the stage of checkout of your order on our website or will be contacted by one of our representatives.

  • Q17. Will I be charged for custom charges in case of international shipping?

Yes, you will be charged for custom charges in case of an international shipping.

  • Q18. How is my order shipped?

On Paranda.pk orders are shipped door to door through our shipping companies within Pakistan and internationally to your provided shipping address.

  • Q19. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Yes, you can change your shipping but only when our representative will contact you for the order confirmation. Once your order gets confirmed you cannot change your shipping address.

  • Q20. Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping address?

No, we do not offer such option at Paranda.pk
